Carmen Flappster is a female cybernoid who appeared in Wreck-it Ralph 3. She's a female flapper-like cybernoid thief who intends to join with The Makia gang, but later she got thrown away after she denied one of his order. However, she have a plan for her return as expected.
In the ending scene, she saves Ralph and the Nicelanders then kills The Makia Boss.
