Neopoliette is a girl who you shouldn't annoy , she has a lot's of attitude and fiery temper , she's a great racer and will make anyone's life a misery if someone gets in her way. However if you get to know her she isn't really that bad and can be sympathetic and caring.

Neopoliette is shown to be grumpy , arrogant , stubborn and is determined to do things her way , even if it hurts a fellow racer or citizen. She also acts superior to the other racers and is really bossy. However she isn't all bad , she can be very sympathetic sometimes even generous once you get to know her.
When it comes to racing , Neopoliette is just showing off and trying to win the race and is still shown to be determined and is desperate to win the roster , which sometimes makes her cheat.
